...out of a conversation over coffee and NYC bagels.
At the time, founder Jonathan Kirchner was visiting a tech client in the Big Apple, enjoying some coffee with some candidates he had recently placed (seen here).
It dawned on him that recruiting had lost its heart and more than that, was inefficient and difficult for clients to get results fast without sacrificing quality. Recruiting needed a fresh start, one that could bridge the gap between the clients and the candidates.
